I am an easy going creative who works from home most of the time. I tend to take care of the apt, cleaning, doing dishes and taking out the trash.
Charlotte is a 13.5-year-old cavalier spaniel. She mostly sleeps, never barks and doesn’t get on the furniture.
I love the neighborhood and have worked hard to maintain and make the apartment nicer than when I moved in. The super loves me- so much so that we have non-emergency help within the day.
The living room is MASSIVE and full of light. The bedrooms are both good size and quiet.

Light and Large Apt in heart of FiDi 1-2 blocks from every subway
Hi There!
I did the description on the wrong section but the apartment is huge for the $. Bathroom is across the large living room so lots of privacy.
Both rooms are good size and every room has huge windows.
The place has a lot of charm. I’m down to repaint/ decorate if you’re into that. Charlotte is a no-barking, sleeping and non-furniture 13.5-year-old cavalier spaniel. Everyone loves her- it’s not just me!
