I am a medically retired veteran. (10 years military service)
I am easy going, friendly. I speak softly. I am very respectful and understanding. I work hard with the daily necessities and will maintain a clean household. I am patient and will never judge anyone for any hobbies or interests. I am quiet and won't do anything to disrupt another persons life. I am Covid free. I enjoy video games but will always be respectful and never loud. I never get angry and have never had any problems being social with anyone.
I am trained, so I can defend the household when necessary (combat veteran). I will respect any friends brought over and if needed will stay in my room so as not to be a bother. I don't get offended and can speak my mind freely so don't be afraid to be open.
I currently have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment that I will be cleaning and re painting and maybe thinking about renting out the second bedroom for (550-600) a month, and we can share utilities and maybe share groceries (or at least help out with them)
If I find a roommate, then everything above still applies.
I would like to save up some money to get myself back on my feet and maybe think about rent sharing out a nicer house (upgrade from this apartment) when the lease is up for renewal. (march 2022) So if that sounds appealing I would love to work out something.

Available Room for Rent
Roommate wanted in 2 BR/ 1 BA apartment -- 700/month
My current roommate is moving out in March (2022). I am looking for a quiet, easy going, friendly roommate. (P.S. my current roommate is a woman, so I am very able to have female roommates and not date or anything like that, so if your a woman looking for a room as well I am a very respectful Virgo)
I would enjoy someone who is into video games or anime as I am into both. Doesn't have to be :)
I am a very quiet, easy going guy. I stick to my own stuff and maintain a neat household. I do all the household chores at the moment so a bit of help would be appreciated.
I don't ever really have guests over. The neighbors are very quiet most the time (sometimes during work hours they will play music, but it is rare) I don't do drugs, I vape (so no smoking, no cigarettes), I rarely rarely drink, but would be fine with drinking and relaxing. I have a 65' 4k TV and PS4 setup in the living room that anyone can use. (netflix, hulu, crunchyroll, gaming)
The apartment is comfy, appliances newer (I am having the dishwasher fixed), AC works wonderfully, Washer/Dryer unit all to ourselves, lots of parking in the back (great behind building lot that is enclosed) Neighbor is an older gentleman that grills on weekends and smokes 420 but it doesn't affect our unit, and he never bothers anyone with it (he is a sweet older guy)
I do have one cat, she is 4 years old. She is very cuddly once she warms up. She doesn't hiss or scratch at any kids/people, she is very lovely.
The rent would be 700 a month. That would cover cost of room, utilities, water/trash, internet (I have a dedicated gig fiber optic internet setup for gaming so it is pretty powerful and can support a crazy number of devices on the WiFi) That also includes me taking care of the hulu/netflix and crunchyroll that your welcome to use. (saves you about 45 a month if you had them yourself or wanted them)
