i and my family have been living in this property before i got a new job and i was transferred out of the state and we initially intended to sale the property but my wife just came up with the idea of renting the property instead of selling, after we took a long time looking for buyer, the first tenant whom just packed out was a very nice person just like you are, he took a very good care of the place like his own even while i weren't in the state , he makes me glad each time i visited him to take a look at the place. So one thing i want you to understand is that i and my family are not in the state to take a tour with you but we are gonna work things out with you if you are really interested in our property. So i will be happy if you promise to always take good care of the house, get back to me on how you could take care of our house or perhaps experience you have in renting a home.

No application fee and no utility fee all utilities are included in the monthly rent.
