Large room -for female roommate
Large and bright room available with hardwood floors, two large windows that let in plenty of sunshine, and a walk-in closet in Brooklyn - Midwood -close to Ocean Parkway Boulevard (a good area for jogging if you are into that).
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and is surrounded with plenty of shops. It is only 10 minutes walking to F train on one side and Q & B on another side and just few stops away from Prospect Park where you can enjoy nature and fresh air.
The bathroom, kitchen and dining room is a shared living space however i am barely home
The building has a laundry conveniently located in the basement and the unit
I am seeking a serious female roommate that doesn't bring home the party, pays rent on time, no extended overnight guest, drama free and who cleans up after themselves. Proof of income is required. No smokers or pets, only serious individuals
The rent is $950 includes gas, heat & power.
I am asking for one month deposit plus the month in course + proofs that you have a steady job to pay in time.
