I have moved to NYC for a job and will work in the Chelsea area. I am looking to move-in November 1 and specifically interested in a private bathroom. I've been looking at listings for 2Bed/2Bath and 3Bed/2 or 3Bath apartments and would be interested in pairing up with 1 or 2 people respectively to split the costs.

I am a mid 30s male professional who is clean, responsible and most importantly, respectful of others. I am easy-going and rarely work from home. Went to grad-school in CA and have worked in CA, TX and WA. I’m eager to discover new neighborhoods, events, and experiences in NYC. My hobbies include weightlifting, improv, and sailing.
