Looking for a long-term roommate. October 1st, 2020 move in date. The room is a good size at 12’ 4” x 10’ x 8” and bright w/ 2 large windows that provide plenty of natural light. One of the windows has an A/C unit. Huge 8’ x 2’ 3” walk-in closet of your own, and an armoire in the room. The room will be empty on your move in date.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a large prewar building with an elevator. Living room and dining area is furnished. Great closet space: the shared area has a large coat closet, a large utility closet, and a large linen space in the bathroom. Great neighborhood with convenient train access—B/Q lines + 2/5 lines. Prospect Park is 3 blocks away.
The apartment has excellent wifi and access to various steaming services in the living room (You can use my subscriptions, no extra $ needed for this).
Seeking someone dependable who cleans up after themself, and doesn’t make a lot of noise at night (I work daytime hours). I’m in my 40s and easy going. I generally keep to myself, so it’s typically quiet and chill in the apartment. I prefer someone who is not into partying. The occasional friend over is fine, but preferably not an everyday thing. I’m 420 friendly, just not cigarettes. Introverts welcome here! No heavy drinkers please.
