Rent is $1425 per month plus electric (varies per month) and cable/internet (~$40 per month). Water, gas and garbage are included.
The apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry on premise, and unobstructed East River views (great for the 4th of July fireworks!).
My roommate and I are looking for a 3 person to live with next year. We've been here for 2 years so far and love it. Its a doorman building with in building washing machines and gym at Waterside Plaza (23rd & FDR). It's a little farther away from the subways, but we've made it work with the ferry and buses with no problems. The lease would start April 1st. Message me for more information :)
