Open room in our 3 bed 3 bath house

Renting basement in our 3 bed 3 bath house. You would have your choice between either the bedroom downstairs (129“ x 111“) or the open basement space (pictured) without a door as your room. Whichever you don’t choose will be the communal office space (split between you and one of the roommates). You also would have your own full bathroom in the basement. This house has a huge backyard. Always residential street parking available.

Currently it’s me (31 year old software engineer) who works from home full time and our other roommate Dillon (22 year old) works at Fidelity and works part time in office and part time from home (office is in the basement). Otherwise we both live upstairs and the downstairs would be yours.

We are flexible with having friends or significant others over as long as it does not turn into a long term stay. We like to keep common areas clean, value good communication, and are overall easy-going. I have two dogs, a 12 year old australian-shepherd, and a 8 year old rat-terrier mix. Anything else you want to know feel free to ask!
