Hi! I have a room for $450 + utilities (~$80/month). Private room and shared bathroom. Two roommates, who also have their own rooms. Walkin closet, ceiling fan, and dishwasher are in unit. Laundry and an outdoor pool are on site. There is also a reserved covered parking spot for no additional fee right by the building. If you want pictures or a video tour, let me know! It is in San Marcos, but it is pretty common to commute to Austin from here.

You will have a private room and a shared bathroom. There are two roommates who are students at Texas State. One is allergic to cats, but otherwise pet friendly.
The bedroom has a walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The kitchen has a dishwasher and pantry. The hallway has two closets for storage.
The complex has on site laundry, a pool, and a covered parking spot reserved for you right by the building.

Utilities are sparate and about $80 a month.
