I am a University of Texas at Austin student finishing my degree. I currently have 3 roommates currently and need one additional roommate for a total of 4. I work and go to school. I will graduate in May 2023 with an English major and government/Spanish minor.
My roommates are amazing. One is a full-time Ballet dancer and works, one is a full-time restaurateur, and the other is a full-time UT student completing her masters in sports communication.
We keep a clean house, like to cook, and hang out.

Cedar Street House
This is a three month lease because one of the roommates is moving to Washington DC for an internship. The lease begins May 15 and will end July 31.
This location is close to everything whether you are a student or young professional. It’s close to the bus system, as well as restaurants and parks. It’s a one story four-bedroom house, including a large, laundry room, great kitchen and large living room. It is quaintly decorated and furnished (but not the, one bedroom that is for rent).
You can obtain a parking permit for $20 from the city of Austin to park on the street.
Utilities, trash, lawn service and internet are not included in this rent. No deposit required. No smoking and no pets allowed.
