My name is Angelica and I am a San Francisco native. I have been living in one of my grandmothers houses for about 6 years now with a few roommates. As the years have progressed, former roommates have moved onto living with their significant others or moved out of SF which is why I am searching for new roommates. The house has a total of 4 rooms and 3.5 bathrooms. I currently live in the first floor of the home with my dog and the other rooms are located on the second floor. All common spaces such as the kitchen, Livingroom, dining room, laundry area are shared spaces between all roomies.
I currently have one room vacant which is about 13 ft x 13 ft for 1000.oo/ month with 100.oo for utility chart. Wifi and laundry space are included in the home. I will also have a second vacant room in June 2021 which is about 14ft x 14 ft that will be 1100.oo / month and 100.oo for utilities.

Available Room for Rent
rooms for rent two blocks away from Balboa Bart Station
I am looking for two new roommates to live in my house for the next year or two. There are two rooms available. The first room is around 13ft by 13 ft (Available June 1st) and the second is around 11ft by 11.5ft (Available now). The larger room is going for 1100. oo and the second room is going for 1000. oo. Utilities will only be 100. oo more than the rent amount. WIFI is included. Both rooms will share a full bathroom among each other. We are looking for easy going, friendly and clean people to fill these rooms. No mess and no drama.
Our home is located about two blocks away from Balboa Bart station and one block away from other muni bus lines.
There is an also an emotional support dog in the house who lives on the first floor of the home with me (main tenant) away from the other bedrooms on the second floor of the home. The second and first floors of the house are separated by a internal staircase and door.
The house usually pretty quiet as everyone has varying schedules. We hope to hear from someone interested and open to visiting for a walk through or please ask for a virtual tour. Thank you for considering.
