Hello everyone! I have a 2-bed 1-bath apartment in the North Hollywood area and am searching for a woman/non-binary individual to rent the secondary bedroom of my apartment home. This is a non-negotiable for me.

Available NOW. Rental terms $975/month with 50/50 split of utilities (Internet/W&P) with month to month lease (a 3-6 temp is ideal for me). You will have to sign and notarize an agreement with me and sign onto lease with the complex. $975 refundable deposit required (returned at end of agreement, if agreement is not broken and a move out cleaning fee of $150).

The apartment is on the second floor with a balcony, near the coin laundry room. A/C unit in living room area. I use a mini fridge regularly (no full fridge in unit). Tandem parking (I don’t own a car but use it for guest use). The room has a small square walk in closet.

I would like to do a preliminary zoom call to introduce myself and see if this would be a good match before an in person meet-up.

No pets, but only because I own 3 cats already. They don’t regularly get access to my production studio - so the room being rented tends to be cat free, but they will be around and ask for attention.

I am in the cannabis industry so it is important for this person to be 420 friendly.

A little about me: I am a full-time creative in the industry and have been out here going on 7 years. I am a filmmaker, poet and human rights activist who likes to spend my free time improving my community, singing karaoke, and frequenting the arcade.
