🐈 friendly home. We have 2 indoor/outdoor cats. (We tried keeping them inside, but Pumpkin would NOT have it). We love dogs as well, but dont have a fenced in yard. If you are willing and able to take your dog on walks, or watch them while theyre outside, we're not against it.
🌿💨 friendly home.
The house is about 1200 sq ft. There are 2 bathrooms, but the master bath is currently being renovated. You would have full access to the newly renovated kitchen, living room, main bathroom, office, craft room, and back yard (with fire pit).
Your bedroom would be on the opposite end of the house from ours, and ls not connected to the main a/c system because it was an add-on done by previous owners. We have a portable a/c unit and a space heater that we keep in there and they keep the room at a decent temperature in their respective seasons. We also plan on possibly installing a small ceiling fan, and have several floor fans that you obviously can make use of.
Our internet plan is a 1gb fiber plan through metronet.
