I'm looking for a roommate to renew lease for a luxury apartment in the city of Milpitas, Ca. Lease starts on March 25th. So, I'm ready to do this quick. Rent is about $1636. No deposit required because I am here already. Everything but, PG&E.. and cable. Additional $35 for PG&E. There is a rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, club house.
Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. You would have your bathroom and bedroom. Walk-in closets. Common areas would be the kitchen, living room & balcony. Unit contains washer/dryer. Very quiet area.
Across the street from the new transit center - bart, light rail, & bus. Very close to highway 880, 237, & 680. Shopping mall & Trader Joe's.
