Your roomates: we are two professionals in our 20s and 30s, living in a lovely 3bed/2.5bath home in Inglewood, East Nashville. The spacious bright home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with amazing neighbors, and is decked out with all the modern amenities. Walkable to Dose, Mitchell’s Deli, Lou, El Fuego, and a short drive to Shelby Bottoms, Jeni’s, Rosepepper, Five Points, and everything East Nashville has to offer.
Laurel is a working professional, very involved in Nashville’s not-for-profit community, and the owner of the home. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with her (she’s very clean and respectful and due to her travel schedule, is typically only home ~2-3 nights a week). She works regular office hours, and may work from home periodically.
Ruth will live in the house with you full time, but has her own bathroom. She is a resident physician at Vandy, so typically is out of the house most of the day and may have shifting work hours. When she’s free, Ruth loves to cook, spend time with friends, rock climb, and get involved in social justice causes in the community.
Both of us are clean, respectful, and quiet housemates, and like to think of our home as a sanctuary/safe space for us to relax. Though we don’t use the home to host parties or big crowds, we do periodically have dinner guests or visitors and always give notice to make sure our roommate is ok with it. We both love the outdoors and connected through our mutual interest in rock climbing.
Looking for: Working professional, sustainability conscious (recycles, conserves electricity, gas, and water), respectful, cleans up after yourself, LGBTQ+ friendly, enjoys a clean, bright, spacious sanctuary. Prefer no animals and or regular guests sleeping over.

Private room with shared bathroom
The house: Large open living space/kitchen/dining room fully furnished, front and back porch, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, gas stove, ring camera doorbell, hardwood floors, granite countertops, tall ceilings, lots of plants. It's a beautiful, bright space-- looks much better in person than in photos :) If you have dishes or kitchenware, or small furniture, we can make space for it. The lawn is mowed every other week in the spring/summer and Ruth will split the cost with you.
Your room: Second floor bedroom is private and unfurnished with hardwood floors and a large walk-in closet. You will also have access to a shared upstairs living space/landing area, which has a lovely little nook for a desk or reading area. Your shared bathroom has a large window, granite vanity, and a shower with a bathtub.
*Note- the carpeted bedroom/closet in the photos were recently updated with brand new hardwood floors. It's a lovely space!
