Hello! My name is Nicole! I own a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Gresham Park. I am renting 1 furnished bedroom $1000/month - all utilities included.

I work in Film & TV and the strikes killed me financially. By trade, I'm a designer so my house is pretty well decorated and lovely (f you like modern style).

I'm looking for someone cool, laid back, quiet, and clean in common areas. What you do in the room is your business. Pot smoking is fine (outside) but no drugs in the house.

Currently 2 of us reside in the home. Kaitlin is an RN and works nights. We are both pretty quiet, clean and respectful. Looking for someone else the same.

No pets. Sorry. I have 2 boxers and one is a trained assassin and does not like other animals.

Location is a couple minutes to I-20 & I-285; 15 minutes to downtown and midtown and 8 minutes to EAV. Very centrally located with quick access to 2 interstates. There is also a beautiful path trail walking distance from the house. It's like having your own private Beltline.

House has washer/dryer, dishwasher, and off-street parking.
