Hello! My name is Nicole! My 2 boxers and Buffalo "Bill" Bundy. I own a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Gresham Park. I am renting 1 furnished bedroom ($950/mo & 1 unfurnished bedroom ($750 / mo).

I work in Film & TV and the strikes killed me financially. By trade, I'm a designer so my house is pretty well decorated and lovely (f you like modern style).

I'm looking for someone cool, laid back, quiet, and clean in common areas. What you do in the room is your business. Pot smoking is fine (outside) but no drugs in the house.

No pets. Bill is crazy which is how he got his name. He does not like other animals.

I am quiet, clean, and respectful. I don't really drink and don't do hard drugs. 420 friendly though. I enjoy working out 5 days a week.

Currently there is one other tenant in the other bedroom so you'd have to share a bathroom with him. He is super quiet and respectful. He also works 12+ hours a day and is hardly ever home. I think he's going to be gone end of July though.

Location is a couple minutes to I-20 & I-285; 15 minutes to downtown and midtown and 8 minutes to EAV. Very centrally located with quick access to 2 interstates.
