This is a 2 bedroom recently renovated duplex home with 1 shared bathroom. The house is located off a private driveway, in El Cajon. Please be, financially responsible, respectful, employed or a student, and clean, especially in all shared areas.

I am a 32 black gay man. I am employed full time as therapist and I am preparing to go back to school. The house is safe space that is free of hate in any form. Please note that this is a 420 friendly environment. I am not cigarette smoker, but they can be smoked outside on the patio.

Having friends over is accepted, understood, and encouraged. This is a great home for entertaining, however if you are looking for a party house, or a place to do heavy drinking or any hard drugs, or a place to have your friends couch surf please; keep looking, this is not the place. Overnight guests, boyfriends, or girlfriends are welcome, but I must state I am looking for a roommate; singular, not plural. Full time couples or full time room sharing is not prohibited.
