Hi, my name is Ian.
I'm a 34 year old man living with my brother. Little bro bought a place and moves out mid-October. Professionally, I'm a nightshift oncology nurse. I grew up in a small town in Western, MA. Before nursing I did pro-moving with Gentle Giant Moving Company and drove for Uber and Lyft. If you're new to Boston, I know the city pretty well.
My big hobby for the past decade has been supporting musicianship. I like what electronic dance music producers have been creating over the years. I'm always down to hit music venues, the trails, the slopes, or the beach.
Id prefer male housemates but Im accepting of everyone. This is a safe space, no hate in this home. I don't smoke, I enjoy alcohol responsibly and respectfully. Sadly I have no pets at the moment. If your dog is the right fit, we can probably figure it out, but Im sorry, barking is a deal breaker. I like to keep my place nice but Im not crazy about it. Just leave things like you found them or better, and we'll be good.
Our landlord, Jim is cool. He has a black lab who lives with him in the apartment upstairs. I know Jim well so things run pretty smooth around here. I have a few friends over here and there, nothing crazy. I work nights, so if you have a day schedule you'll have the house to yourself 6pm-8am three days a week.
