I’m a mid-30s female writer, looking for a subletter while my roommate works abroad for 2025. Roommate may also choose to move after this year, so possibility of staying long term if we like living with each other. I primarily work from home, which I like to maintain as a clean and peaceful space. Open to social interactions and getting to know each other, but highly value personal space and boundaries. I spend most of my free time reading or listening to podcasts/video essays, and occasionally do arts and crafts (lots of arts and crafts supplies in the office) rarely have guests over but am open to you hosting small gatherings as long as it is discussed prior. No parties please, this is a small quiet building where all the neighbours are respectful of each other. We all try to not disturb each other early in the morning or after 11pm and I hope whoever rents this room will do the same. If you are a plant parent, the living room and office both get lots of sunlight, there is even a skylight in the office and plants have thrived in this apartment before. Much less sunlight in the bedrooms as the windows are smaller and the next door building blocks the Sun. Please feel free to ask me any other questions you have.
