My name is Adam. I am a single dad with two young kids who are my entire life. This really isn't our ideal situation but we are going to make the best of it. I'm going to be very cautious finding the person who I choose as I would expect anyone would be these days but I also want this to feel like home. The kids and I have one basic rule, messes don't make themselves therefore there should be no such thing as doing chores. So if you make any mess at all and you clean it up as you go, you will never have to do chores ever. If you live here, this is your home, not just a room. I want to be up front, I'm not looking for a relationship at all, but I'm only seeking female roommates because I have two young kids and statistically, females are safer and that's one less thing I have to worry about.

Available Room for Rent
Bedroom and HUGE LOFT for rent.
I am a single father with 2 young kids. I have a two story house with a bedroom and the ENTIRE LOFT ready to be rented. You can totally set up the loft like a private living room of your own. Or you can choose to just rent the bedroom for $650 plus 1/4 electric. If you wanted to rent the room and LOFT together that would $850 plus 1/4 electric. The house is set up so the the upstairs are totally private and separate from the rest of the house. However, the kids do sleep up there at night, but they will not bother you at night and can sleep through anything. Just no partying and because I am a father with two young kids, I will be vetting you and any guest you have and making sure that their safety is my number one priority. We can also talk about installing a refrigerator upstairs in the loft as well. I think that would be a sweet deal. The kids and I have a golden retriever and two cats. The cats spend most of their time outside and the dog is really sweet. It's not a bad deal at all. If you have any other questions just ask.
