I am looking for a new roommate to fill an open room in my 2b/2b apartment in Sherman Oaks!

Looking to fill for March 1, but the move-in date is flexible.

The room and bathroom are private and also includes a non-tandem parking space, and shared laundry in the building 🙂 There is also a private patio for our unit, central A/C, central heat and a gas fireplace.

Great safe, quiet neighborhood in walking distance to everything you could need and more!

680 credit and $2600/mo in verifiable income is required by the landlord.

$830/month + utilities (WIFI, gas, electricity), + deposit

hard to tell from photos, but the room measures at 10ft wide and 15ft long and includes a full mirrored sliding door closet.

About me: 33-year-old Bi woman who works in the TV/film production industry, and plays rec sports leagues for fun. I have a few volunteer commitments as well, and like to keep myself busy. Not much of a partier anymore, but will still turn up for the right occasion. Home is my happy/safe space, looking to add to this energy! ❤
