The vibe of the home is community living with private space respected. Open minded, 420 friendly, queer friendly, politically evolved, sense of humor required :-) Female preferred for Golden Girls type atmosphere. I am semi-retired and looking to build community in safe sanctuary.

Pets may be considered with additional deposit if they are mature and well socialized with other people and pets. One cat in home now.
Garden level basement suite is 10 x 12 bedroom with walk in closet and private bath. $900 monthly rental with first and last months in full needed to move right in. Utilities (electric, gas, water, internet) are included along with paper supplies. References required.
