Beautiful Ridgewood Room for Rent!

Hey yall, I have a room in Ridgewood, Queens NY 11385 available starting 6/1/23. It’s $1250 /mo + utilities (utilities are about $100-$115/mo). Apartment features include L-Shaped Kitchen, washer / dryer in unit, dishwasher, multiple skylights, high ceilings, security doorbell system, and balcony. The bedroom is 9 x 11 feet, and has its own bathroom, as well as direct access to the balcony. This would be a 9 month lease takeover, June 1st 2023 - Feb 2024 (can be a lil flexible on start date). Your yearly income needs to be at least 40x the rent, guarantors are also accepted.

We are 2 Blocks from Bushwick, Brooklyn, 6 min from the Dekalb L train and 12 min from the Seneca M, and right next to a grocery store. We’re basically on the border of Queens and Brooklyn. We are a 20 minute subway ride from 1st Ave L (Manhattan NYC). We are actively looking for a new roommate.

Both roommates are 420, LGBT friendly, and vaxxed+boosted. No cats or dogs please, as one roommate is allergic.

A little bit about your potential roommates:

B (F, 25): I work in the political journalism industry. I moved here about a year ago from Seattle with the tree-hugging and coffee cravings to show for it. I’m a hybrid worker and WFH about twice a week. In my free time I like going out for drinks with friends, reading and thrifting. I’m a fan of electronic music and like to go out dancing, but I don’t bring the party home.

H (F, 24): I work in music & politics. I’m from northern NJ and have lived in the city on and off for the past few years (Bushwick as of most recently). In my free time, I love going to shows, hanging out in nyc parks, exploring new areas, playing board games, and spending time with friends. I keep my living space clean and neat.
