Apartment rents are going thru the roof, and who really wants to live in an apartment, anyway? Renting a home with friends can often turn into a nightmare when one or more roommates don't pay their part, leaving you to cover their share of the expenses.

You can think of renting a room from us as a form of stress relief, as it both simplifies your life and makes your cost of living more affordable. Our home is quiet and safe, and everyone is respectful of each other's privacy and property. This is a drama free environment that you will soon come to think of as your Nirvana. All you're responsible for is paying your rent ($550/mo) and your share of the utilities ($100/mo).

Our beautiful, 3700sf home, is located in a quiet, Henderson neighborhood near Horizon Ridge Pkwy and Mission, just minutes from I-95, shopping, schools, restaurants, casinos and three movie theaters! The airport and South side of the Strip is about 20 minutes away.

The room that is currently available for rent is fully furnished and ready for immediate move in. If you have your own furniture, however, you can move it in with a minimum 6 month commitment.

TERMS OF LEASE
Month-to-Month: Just $550 per month + $100 per month for utilities and internet.

HOW TO GET STARTED:
Contact me today to see the room, then complete an application and pay the $25 non-refundable application fee (it pays for your background check). If everything checks out, you'll be invited to come back, complete a lease agreement and pay the following:

$550 per month for rent +
$100 for Utilities and Internet +
$650 security deposit

$1,300 total move-in (plus proration if moving in before the 1st of the month).

If the total is a challenge, I can break the first month's rent into two payments ... $950 when you move in and $350 two weeks later.
