Busy professional-work-at-home mature female. Other residents are Male 1, mid-40's. Male 2, early 30's.
I manage this property on behalf of the owner, handle tenants, enforce rules and evict troublemakers (so far, only had to do this once, knock on wood). I also offer a unique take on roomate living that is a far cry from the horror stories you here about roommate living.
Rather than fight about chores, cleaning supplies, and paper goods, I handle all that.
You need to deal with your own dishes and associated meal cleanup (we have a dishwasher), run your own laundry, and clean up a mess if you spill or something. I run the dishwasher, deal with the garbage, pay the bills, deal with vendors and emergencies, and keep in the house in generally clean condition.
Its' also very safe where. We are all adult people, and you will have safe storage access in more than one location in the house.
We are a nice group, I'm friendly and can be a bit social, and we hope you will be too.

Private Bedroom in Clean, Quiet and Peaceful Townhouse
Clean and quiet homeshare looking for a respectful, friendly roommate. We are a 4 bedroom household that is kept clean and tidy. Great opportunity for a busy professional, frequent traveler, or someone new to the area. Kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer on site, storage available. Sunny bedroom is private with closet, bathroom is shared with one mature male and cleaned weekly. We are a semi-nerdy older bunch who get up early and go to bed early. This is not a party household. Quiet time is 11 pm to 7 am.
Roommates are asked to be respectful of public areas and other roommates You must clean up after yourself and not leave your personal things in public areas. Must be quiet and clean. Must be employed and work a daytime 9-5 off-site job.
Public areas are kept clean and tidy daily, and all residents have access to kitchen, laundry and living areas. TV with Amazon Prime, Roku and DVD player.
Bedroom is an unfurnished, single occupancy room that is large enough for up to a queen size bed (full will allow for more walking area) a small desk/chair, and a dresser. Closet is good sized and there is room for more drawer storage in the closet.
Lease details: 6-month minimum, Monthly Rent - $850 which includes:
All utilities, fast wireless internet, cleaning services, stocked kitchen with plates/glasses/pans, cleaning supplies, paper towels, TP, zip bags, garbage bags, etc. Only chores you need to do are your own dishes, laundry and bedroom.
