Househunt35 is my address using the very popular provider that begins with the letter G. I normally rent rooms to University students due to the close proximity to a very large campus (GMU). But I do consider others on a case by case basis. I rent rooms individually rather than offering the house to a pre formed group, and in doing so tend to get very quiet individuals who do their streaming, studying, gaming or sleeping in their bedrooms. One each master suite and non master room available
Clean and quiet house 2 miles south of GMU five seven one six five five one zero nine seven. Master is huge (5 rooms in 1 space) including an adjoining office, private bathroom with glass shower enclosure, walk in closet with shelving, and a separate washroom/makeup room with a 2nd sink. This huge space is $1200 and cannot be occupied by a couple for this price.
Non master room is 12x12 and furnished with a full bed, desk and chair, nightstand with led lamp and usb jack, drawers. All rooms have a ceiling fan over the bed.
Middleridge park is right across the street with tennis and basketball courts.
Very peaceful and crime free neighborhood close to 3 nice shopping centers.
