Looking for a roommate in a 2 level, 3bd 2ba townhome rent is 1090, inside of the beltway, off of Little River Turnpike on the border of Alexandri, Annandale and Falls Church.
a hop away from Columbia pike so ridiculous amount of shops around, 2 miles from 395 and 495 making it 15-20 minutes into DC depending on where you're headed, 8 minutes to Alexandria, 15 to Arlington,
bus stop right outside of the neighborhood, parking pass, and visitor pass for the parking lot, and huge strip of commuter parking right outside of the neighborhood, Community pool open during the summer
Water bill is included, no gas bill, condo dues/HOA fees, internet/netflix/hulu/disneyplus included in rent price advertised. electricity is split averages ~90/2
Tons of attic space and under staircase storage!
I pay for monthly ADT alarm system & you will have your own access code.
