Hi there! I am an Architect and am currently working from home. I live in a 2 bedroom plus den place and am looking for a roommate who will get their own room and washroom. Ideally looking for someone who I can socialize with but also respect the need for "me-time".
In my time off I am usually busy with a side gig or catching up on shows and movies. My only pet peeve is cleanliness and would love to live with someone who understands that common areas should always be clean and tidy (no excuses).
Don't really host parties, but if we hit it off, totally open to meeting your friends. I am a HUGE travel nerd and would love to find a roomie who loves to travel as well.

Private Room and Washroom at Yonge and Sheppard
I live in a 2 bedroom plus den at Yonge and Sheppard. Five minute walks from the public transit. So it isn't downtown. But a subway ride takes 20 minutes to get to downtown Toronto and there is an all night bus that can get you up and down for those late nights 😛
The rent will be 1350 for the Bedroom which is very large compared to other condo units. It has a private washroom and a closet.
There is a large fully furnished balcony for great summer evenings.
All utilities are included. The only extra is internet which is $30 for high speed unlimited internet.
No parking included. Parking can be rented out in the building. Usually easily available and about $100 per month.
Then den has a single bed and desk and can be used by you (at no extra cost) or for storage.
Other than your bedroom, the whole house is fully furnished.
