Confortable room near Snapdragon

We have a beautiful condo, and one room is available now. The location is quite, safe and walking distance to the trolley and to Snapdragon.

The condominium has pool, sauna, tennis courts, gym and a club house.

House is empty most days as one roommate in her late 20s works full time, goes to the gym and often is not in the house on weekends. Very friendly, but reserved and keeps to herself.
The other roommate in her early 20s works full time and goes to school. She also is friendly and keeps to herself. A third roommate traves a lot and stays away 3 to 4 months at a time. The condo is clean, and very zen!

We are looking for roommates that are somewhat like us. Friendly and busy with their own lives. The rules that has been making this works so well for us are:
* no pets
*no drugs or smoking
*no overnight guest (occasional family or friend is ok)
* no shoes in the house (we like the house really clean)
