Empty Nesters - Looking for a respectful & responsible roommate to share w/a 60ish female w/her 40ish female daughter (no drama here), easy going. Share all common areas (everyone cleans up their own mess) full amenities. Fully furnished, all bills paid. Large bedroom w/large closet w/plantation shutters, open for lots of light. Jack n Jill bathroom. Just 1 1/2 block from Lake Ray Hubbard, safe neighborhood, nice little trails. Great back yard with swimming pool & patio. Smoking outside only... Sorry no cats (allergies). Be great if you got a green thumb too? Could use some help with flower planting time, love lots of flowers.
