I'm a Chef at Toyota Stadium in Frisco; work about 50 hours per week. No set schedule. My wife recently passed away and I am looking to find someone in need of a nice comfortable place to stay in Little Elm. I'm offering a nice 1 bedroom with a large walk in closet; queen size bed and large dresser available if needed. You will have your own bathroom located in the hallway, washer and dryer available. Large living room and kitchen/dining room area. Driveway fits 2 vehicles and I also have a garage which is currently occupied by my Jeep for repairs. I have a fenced in backyard. I do have a dog named Coco and she is cool as shit. Tries to act tough at first, but you will be best friends by the end of day 1. I prefer her to be the only pet in the house, but that can be discussed. Price can also be discussed to make this beneficial to both parties. Straight up, I need someone here that can help me pay my bills and you're in need of a place that can feel like home. I'm cool with some alcohol use and I smoke, but not a party house please. It's a quiet neighborhood with really good people.
