I am a student who is now finding out that going back to school will take away too much time from being able to work to afford my bills. I am in need of one (1) replacement tenant on my three bedroom apartment lease fast. We would take my name off the lease and put yours on, and depending on when you are available to move in, we can offer a prorated first months rent for august if you are only able to move in after the 5th. In that case, I will pay August rent on the 1st, and will then require your prorated first months rent sent directly to me on day of move in. My roommates are two wonderful and amazing girls, so there are no complaints in that department. Solely a decision based on my education moving forward. We are located on university in the Highlands Ranch area. Serious inquiries only please! Need a tenant fast!

Available Room for Rent
The apartment is a three bed/two bath apartment with laundry room, and connected garage. It is on the second floor, so garage is connected via staircase from the laundry room. The room you would be taking is across the hall from a double sink-full bath that is shared with another roommate in the room catty corner to yours. They are very clean and respectful of items that are not personally theirs. One roommate has a cat, and the roommate in master bedroom has a dog. Your room gets great light and has a spacious closet. The apartment complex is a ten minute walk across the street to an amazing King Soopers, little shops, plenty of fast food restaurants, sit down restaurants, banks, and grocery options.
