I recently moved back to New York after two years of grad school in Michigan. I am currently staying with my family while I look, but I am looking to move out sometime this winter. I am not a super neat freak - some clutter is fine - but I draw the line at leaving food/crumbs out for extended period of time. As far as neighborhoods, I am looking for somewhere close to a subway with a reasonable commute to Midtown East; as far as the apartment, I am not too picky, but I am not interested in shared rooms or converted studios/1BR setups.
Personally, I enjoy baseball (Yankees), board games, and looking for the best pizza and international food I can find in New York. Like a typical millennial, I love to travel and have been to over 20 countries and over 35 states - I hope to tour all 50 state Capitol buildings (only at 4 - this is a more recent goal) and visit all 30 MLB stadiums (currently at 18, in addition to having been to a few baseball games in London, Tokyo, and Seoul).
