Room available March 1st or earlier in a large 3 story townhouse in Downtown Silver Spring - Right next to the Silver Spring red line metro stop! Walking distance from restaurants, shops, grocery store, bank, parks, etc. There is also a great farmers market on the weekends!
There are 2 other roommates, both young professional males in their late 20s that enjoy board games, wine/movie nights, and cooking (both vegetarian). They are working from home and very COVID conscious. We share a large commons area with a big kitchen and a sitting area on the top floor which is great for office space. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate and there is a half bath on the first floor.
