Lisa C - $900/month

Hello! My name is Lisa Couch. I have been looking to move to the area of Spring Hill or Columbia TN to be close to my family in Franklin. I am very hard-working and keep to myself mostly. I work from home for HCA Hospitals which is based out of Nashville. I work a LOT but don’t worry about having to tip-toe around when I’m working! Noise-canceling headsets are very real! I had a huge dog barking behind me, and no one could hear it lol. This would mean however, that I would need to get my own private internet installed for my work and will pay that bill on my own. I would also pay for installation of course.

I personally do not have pets, but I love animals! Sadly, I am deathly allergic to cats though. Epi-pen style. 😔. I am quite a clean individual; I sometimes like to cook but I always clean up afterwards. I have Sundays and Mondays off, so I expect to spend Sundays at my family’s place. I’m very easygoing, easy to talk to, open-minded, and respectful of others (ie. their beliefs, eating habits, sexual orientation, and believe that people's differences is what make us unique and beautiful), I'm all about supporting and uplifting others, and I'm completely drama-free! I'm easy to talk to, I am the type that if I'm doing something that bothers my roommate, I am likely oblivious, so just talk to me and I will fix it instead of getting upset about it 😊. It’s all about communication. I do not partake but I am 420 friendly. As I said earlier, to each their own.

Honestly, I mostly just work. I have no life and don’t expect to have people over except for my daughter occasionally if my roommate is okay with it. I have no criminal history and a 650 credit score. I’m 100% okay with a Background and credit check.

The only trouble is that I'm expected to move in December. If December is not an option January is fine too. I’m flexible in my move time but I cannot do it earlier than December. I’m not sure how helpful that is to you. Let me know if you have any questions for me!
