Located in North Austin I'm renting out my guest room in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I am asking for $800. Utilities and internet are included in the price. Living area is shared and you can use my netflix, disney +,hulu, espn, and video games in common area. The bedroom is 11.4x12.4 and comes with a walk-in closet and attached full bath. Room has lots of natural light and view of forest. I live on the second floor and have a big balcony. Amenities include 24/7 access to the property gym, well kept pool and a grilling area. There is a 1 mile trail that goes around the property that branches off to areas with fields of flowers and beautiful scenic locations. Less than 10 mins to Lakeline mall and Lake Travis, 15 mins to the Domain, 3 mins to HEB.
No smoking and not 420 friendly.
Must be able to pass a background check and soft credit check as per my apartment complex.
Refundable deposit is $150.
About me: I am a 27 straight female who works as an assistant. I work full time, Tuesday- Saturday. I am not a drinker but don't care if you have a beer or two after work. I love board and video games, art and movies. I do have a dog who is part Shepard mix. She loves people and cuddling. I ask that you do not have a dog or cat since my dog is a one dog household.
