Hi everyone, I have found an ideal place, although haven't signed the lease. It is a 2 bed with terrace in a renovated building on Kent in Williamsburg, prime location. It has roofdeck, and laundry in the building.
I am also looking at the units in Astor Pl Area, NoHo, Bowery, LES, SoHo, or WV. Would like to move by end of Aug. Liked some of them on my profile. Central location, and dishwasher, in remodeled and bright unit are a must.
Am very friendly, but like to keep to myself in downtime. Me hosting more than 20+ short term stays in old airbnb and other platforms have all given me 5* reviews as a roommate. Prefer set boundaries and respectful roommates.
