I am looking for a new roommate to bring onto the lease with me at this gorgeous resort style building, available September 1st.
About me: I'm in my mid 20s, in creative field. I don't cook very often, but I am gluten free by necessity, so it's important that I find someone who can be careful with not contaminating my kitchenware, and ideally not bake with wheat flour as it has a tendency to get everywhere. I have a young kitten named Anubis, a devon rex, which are fairly hypoallergenic (why I got her). She's never peed around the house, and you won't have to take care of her, just enjoy her silly antics like playing fetch with little pieces of trash. I tend to keep to myself, but I'd be open to finding a roommate that we could develop a friendly enjoyable relationship with. Looking for chill humans, not hosting parties or extended stays by friends/family at our apartment. Communication is key and common sense responsibility and maturity, please. I personally am a night owl and like to stay up til 3 or later. 42O friendly, but I don't partake much anymore. Queer friendly and s-x positive. All in all, let's be excellent to each other 🥂
Now then, onto the apartment!
It has ALL the amenities you could wish for!
Inside the apartment, we have a dishwasher, laundry, and balcony. You room has an in suite bathroom with shower and walk in closet 💅. We have central heat and AC - although it's enormously loud in my room where the intake is, so I'd appreciate someone that's happy to keep it off much of the time, and lower our energy bill at the same time.
The kitchen is semi open, with a gas stove and full oven. Beautiful black granite countertops, and a new microwave. Plenty of cupboard space! (interior photos are screenshot from a video when we first moved in a couple years ago)
Outside the apartment!
You will have an assigned parking spot in our covered and gated garage. We have a private part with a track around the perimeter if you like to run outside late at night or early in the morning and stay safe. Also in the park is a tennis court, work out stations including pull-up bars, mini putting green, volleyball net, picnic tables, and grill. What's that? You want a place to cool down? We have not one, but two pools, two jacuzzis, two gyms, and beautiful courtyards (this apartment is on the inside of the building, facing one of the interior courtyards). It is indeed one of the faux italian style buildings, but honestly I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and the apartment is now under market value, so I don't plan on leaving any time soon. Speaking of, it's a 1 year lease, up in April, so you'll be joining part way through, but still plenty of time before we renew.
