Tom F - $1,200/month

Hello! My name is Tom, right out the gate I like music obviously, I am a musician, but I really don't listen to music as much as you would think. If I do its usually in headphones. I do all my *Loud* recording in a studio in a far far away place from where I live for a few months out of the year, so that wont be an issue. You may hear some acoustic guitar and singing coming from my room here and there, but I'm relatively private about it and don't let it bleed into my common area. I also tour for very large chunks. Like months at a time so if you're looking for lots of alone time in the apartment I'm your roommate haha. I currently have tours booked from September all the way through November so I will be gone a lot.

I love watching shows and getting into a series with my roommate and fun fact! I'm currently in the process of creating my own show with Starburns industries! It's a long story, maybe I'll explain over a drink if we meet.

But overall I am a laid back roommate and generally emulate the effort being put into the apartment. So for example if someone is cleaning then I will clean with them! It's a team effort. I cook most nights but I often use the same pan and plate so I'll just clean them right after I cook them and put them back (So I don't really need a dishwasher). I do however love a good dinner party so I am always down to cook some classic English dishes for everyone. I lived in Brooklyn for 3 years and then moved out to save money during the pandemic.. then when I was like "Hey lets move back" all my friends were in leases so I kind of fucked myself over. SO HERE WE ARE:)

Oh and I love a good chat over coffee in the morning.

Oh and I love Dogs. And Cats.. I grew up with both. And I was a dog sitter / walker for like.. 3 years, it was awesome I miss them all so much.
