Emma - $2,500/month

Hey potential roomie :) I'm originally from California and have been living in Bed Stuy for the past year or so. the time has come to find a new place so looking for someone chill to move in with. I work in tech but I swear I have a personality. I typically go to the office 3/4 days per week and wfh the rest, but I like to stay busy so I’m out of the house a lot.

Ideally I'd love to be friends with my roommate! (while still having our own lives) but not trying to force anything; it's more important to me that we're both respectful and communicative. home is a safe space so we should be able to talk through any problems if they come up.

Outside of work I try to gym a lot, do book club, spend time with friends and I like to be involved with the community. I like being out of the house but also enjoy a chill day and having friends over occasionally, usually nothing too crazy like cooking together, pregames, and movie nights. My sleep schedule is a little all over the place but I do work a 9-5 so during the week I try to sleep early ish and if I'm up late I'll usually hang in my room. I lowkey chef it up sometimes but tend to meal prep a couple times a week so I'm not always in the kitchen.

I’ll usually go out out once or twice a week and lately I’ve been doing some fun little day trips on weekends. since I'm not from here I do occasionally have friends visiting me, but not all the time and frequency/duration is something I'd be cool discussing more lol. I’m also pretty clean! Would be cool having some sort of chore schedule whether it's written out or just like alternating who does what. I'm pretty open minded and good with having different lifestyles as long as we can both comfortably use our shared spaces!
