Looking for a roommate -2 bed / 1 bath apartment

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a roommate for a July 1st move in date. I am flexible on the move in date. We can talk if you're interested in the place. The apartment is located in West Lakeview.

Rent:$885

Utilities: Under $100 a majority of the time per month

The place is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath. 2nd floor out of 3.

Amenities:

Central AC/Heat, in unit laundry, stainless steel / silver appliances, garbage disposal, ice maker, private deck, shared rooftop deck (community gas grill), basement storage room.

I work in the hospitality industry (evenings). A few of my hobbies are that I am a huge sports fan (Chicago). I like to play sports, freshwater fish tank. I like growing indoor / outdoor plants, traveling generally like to going hiking. I enjoy cooking.

It is a smaller place so I am very respectful of being quiet during night/ mornings as I work late everyday. I like a clean place and ask that my roommate has the same interest and helps out with cleaning and being respectful of each other's stuff. My roommate is taking his couch and dinner table. The rest of the stuff in the pictures is mine. If you own either of those that's great and if not I'll probably replace them.
