I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease in our 2bed 2bathroom apartment in the North End, starting Sept 1. No brokers fee!!

The rent is $1700, for:
⁃ a bedroom with a private bathroom (with furniture up for sale)
⁃ fully furnished living room
⁃ dishwasher and gas stove
The location is great, it’s under a 5min walk to Haymarket and North Station as well as Star market. 2 mins away from the bars and restaurants on hanover street.

I work in research at MGH and am currently applying for med school. I go into the office daily and rarely work from home. Looking for a roommate who is clean and organized! Message me if you’re interested or need more info :)
