Hi, I am a nurse looking for an apartment here in Dallas that is within a decent distance from my job. I work 12hr shifts so I spend a good chunk of my time at the hospital. I am looking for a nice, inexpensive place to live that is safe and has good amenities. I was hoping to sign anywhere from a 10month-1yr lease. I'm clean and tend to keep my spaces clean but I understand things happen as long as the common area doesn't look a mess. I am reliable and you will never have to worry about me paying bills on time. I'm very outgoing and easy to get along with so if you're a people person as well, there shouldn't be any problems.
