It’s a seven-minute walk to 4,5,6 trains and the M-15 buses come right at the corner of 28th/2nd. Abundant city bikes and bike paths. Super close to Target, Trader Joe’s, movie theatre and Duane Reade.

Myself: Super clean 31-yr-old, who works in photography and has a cat that is a little reclusive for a pet but will wander around the apartment. Very low key but normally in my room binging after work or out with friends depending on the week. I identify as gay and my pronouns are he/him & they/them and am respectful of others when it comes to this. The apartment is a safe space for open communication. Foodie at heart as well as a little bit nerdy.

Required before move-in date: first and last months’ rents. Must make 40x rent or have a guarantor.

Move-in date is September 5. You will be signing a sublease and it can be month to month but looking for a 6 month or year long lease agreement. Move in will be security deposit and first month.

Will be showing the room the whole month of August.
