Ample street parking, next to a community garden and charter school. Not gentrified, but not 1990s Bronx (ha!) Lively neighborhood, one of the last blocks in the city filled with New York families!

2/5 off 174 and Tremont metro north train stations are both a 10 min walk. D off Tremont is a 20 min walk or 10 min bus. Bx 36 right across the street.

Looking for someone without any furniture or loads of stuff since this is a temporary rental. Quiet, no drugs, first and last up front. Prefer a female who does not work from home.
