Crystal M - $900/month

My name is Crystal, I am 25 years old and reside in Imperial Beach, CA. I have a 14 year old cat named Reptar, a 3 year old pitbull/mastiff named Cooper, and a 10 month old German Shepard mix puppy named Gypsy. They are my babies. Obviously it’s a full house, so please no more cats or dogs. Any sort of caged or tank dwelling animals will be considered! My boyfriend and I just moved to our new place in November and are in search of a roommate for our spare bedroom. We both leave by 6:40 am everyday and are gone most of the day. You would have plenty of alone time, as long as you don’t mind making friends with the animals. The place is sort of like a small house, not necessarily an apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom, one bath place with a front yard and small backyard. There are washer and dryer hookups but we currently don’t have our own machines. We are interested in subletting on a month-to-month basis, but are open to discuss more long term with the right fit. The rent is $900 per month with trash, water, WiFi, and gas and electric included. We do not have cable but we do have a smart tv with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Music/ Video.
