Den and living room area available
Hello! My name is Matt and I'm subletting out the den and/or living room area of this unit to the right tenant.
I have 2 adorable kitties so you must be okay with that.
Trying to rent a room as 1 person is impossible and depressing. Let's fix that issue together. Looking for someone who respects their living space and is considerate to those around them. Young professionals only, I will not be subletting this space out to any less than stellar people as we will be living in close quarters. I work Monday to Friday 8 to 4, so during the days you'll have the place to yourself (and the cats) . The bathroom and kitchen will be shared. As for your living space, there is no full wall seperating either the den or living room, but we can install anything you see fit (curtain, room dividers, etc). You could fit any size bed and dresser in the den without issue. You can also use the front closet to store clothes if needed.
