Lovely unit I’m securing myself just on the outskirts of Laguna Beach off El Toro. Living space will be fully furnished, open bed and bath unfurnished. It’s a dual master unit, so both rooms are relatively the same size with lots of storage. In unit washer dryer, lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the canyon. Looking for a gal pal or guy to join me! Rent will be between $1500-$1600, utilities/wifi likely around $70-$100 a month. Let me know if you’re interested, waiting to hear back on if my application was accepted. I’ll be moving in next weekend, just looking for someone to take over the other half throughout April/beginning of May (or next weekend as well if that works for you)!
