Hello there! My name is Matthew and I am a designer working at an architecture firm in Manhattan. I am originally from California (southern California, Fontana), and went to school at UC Berkeley in the Bay Area. I lived/worked there for 7 years before moving to NYC in 2020. I am currently working from home, with occasionally visiting my job site and office twice a week.
I am a clean, mature adult who likes to keep the apartment clean. I have a lovable puppy named Park (8 months, Blue Heeler). He is still learning the new ways of life, but loves to play and cuddle.
Pre-Covid times, I LOVED to travel, go bar hopping or breweries; I still try to explore the city as much as I can with my boyfriend. Coffee is LIFE so I am always exploring the new coffee shops around NYC.

About the room:
- 100 SF unfurnished private bedroom with closet (Previous roommate fit a twin bed, desk, and drawer comfortably)
- Lots of sun in the afternoon.
- Personal AC/Heater unit
- Total Rent: $1150/month plus utilities (electric and internet, ~ $75).
- Move-in date: February 15 (rent will be prorated for first month)
About the apt:
- 2 bedroom, 1 shared bathroom.
- Fully furnished kitchen with island with tons of appliances (and coffee station) - that is all available to use! Kitchen is open to a fully furnished living room with couch, TV and coffee table
