I'm an Ecuadorian American artist currently working in a medical office as a typical 9-5. I am LGBTIA+ friendly and strive to foster a safe space with open communication. I like to be organized about chores and tasks and would be happy with setting up a formal plan/contract/etc in order to ensure we all feel like all responsibilities are easily divided and clear. Of course I like to keep things clean & organized to our individual responsibilities, but I'm also flexible & understanding that some days aren't the easiest to get around to things. We all have days we don't feel well and I am always willing to help each other out during these times and would love roommates who value the same. As long as there is open communication and we share the same sympathy for one another. I would love to be friends with my roommates, but I also fully respect if this is not the case, and would still be understanding and hope for the same back!
